The Hotel Perugia is placed in an ancient building of 4 floors, which has a very central location, at a few steps from Colosseo, in a little and quite street in the wonderful archaeological context of the Imperial Forum area, full of history, art and landscapes. The family has been managing the hotel since 1980 and we’ll be glad to welcome you with courtesy and professionalism, helping you in spending a pleasant stay in the heart of the ancient Rome.

Transfer from/to airport: the rate for a single trip is from 2 to 4 people 50,00 euros, from 5 to 6 people 75,00 euros. It includes car/de lux minivan, air conditioning, luggage’s transport. It is also available an ADSL line fast internet connection available at the reception 24 hours.
American Express credit card are NOT accepted neither as guarantee nor as way of payment in hotel.

Partially renovated during year 2001, the Hotel has 13 rooms, spacious and shining, with simple and comfortable furniture, placed between the 1st and the 4th floor (there is no lift).
All rooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom, direct-dial phone, safety box, Satellite TV colour, hairdryer, electric fan. Some rooms also have air conditioning (service available on request at the moment of the booking).
Rooms on the top floor, the fourth floor, have a nice view: one of those in particular has a nice balcony with wonderful view on the "Colosseo".
At ground floor, close to reception, is the breakfast room where every morning, from 8:00 to 10:00, we serve a little Italian breakfast including "cappuccino", chocolate, tea, American coffee or espresso, orange juice, cereals, bread, honey, marmalade, butter, cheese, croissants. At the reception there is a fridge-bar supplied with soft drinks (coke, orangeade, ice tea, fruit juices) and alcoholic drinks (national and international beers, typical Italian wines).

The Hotel Perugia is in Colosseo street, a little quite street in the centre of the town. From the hotel you can reach on footh the main monuments, squares and places of great historical-archaeological interest, such as Colosseum, Imperial Forum, Nero' s Golden House, Navona Square, Spanish Steps, Trevi' s Fountain, Pantheon, Marcello’ s Theatre, "Mouth of the Truth”, “Campidoglio” and also the most important commercial streets and areas.
